Having had the opportunity to work for both independent and corporate companies means that I have gained insights into the benefits and pitfalls of both, and by now much has been learned from all the adventures of advancing my career, developing the individuals in my teams, and navigating the passions and frustrations of managing people.<div class="x_elementToProof"></div>I specialise in matching talent with amazing companies, from junior negotiators to senior managers, including property management and back office support roles.
