When do I get charged for your services?
You’ll be invoiced when your new hire starts their role.
How are you different from other recruitment agencies?
We give honest, straight-talking advice backed by over 20 years of industry experience. We only present candidates who are fully briefed on the role and have agreed for their details to be shared with you. We make sure candidates have the right skills and work ethic for your business. You’ll get a shorter, more suitable shortlist, while we manage interviews, provide honest feedback, handle the offer stage, and stay in touch to ensure your hire is a success.
Will I be charged for job adverts?
No – unless you specifically want your role advertised on a particular website or publication. If that’s the case, we’ll agree a fee upfront.
What if it doesn’t work out with the new recruit?
Because we take the time to understand your role, company, and ideal candidate, this rarely happens. But if it does, we offer a 12-week rebate period, giving you either a replacement or a partial refund, in line with our terms of business.
How do we get started?
We begin with an initial chat, ideally followed by a meeting to get a full brief on the role, company culture, and your ideal candidate. During this meeting, we’ll also agree a fee structure. Once we have signed terms of business, we get straight to work finding your next superstar!
