People 4 Property was founded by Mark Felton in 2006 and steered successfully all the way to 2025, creating a brand that very much means something to property people in the South West of London and beyond. Anyone who spent time in the property sector in the area is likely to have been placed by Mark at least once, and in fact Hanya Walker, the current Director, was placed twice herself by People 4 Property over the years. She also used to use People 4 Property to recruit staff when working as a Lettings Director for a leading independent estate agent, hence she had known Mark on very good terms for 18 years prior to taking over the reigns in 2025.

Interestingly, both Mark and Hanya’s backgrounds are shaped around many years of initially separate recruitment and property sector work. Mark started out in estate agency, then moved to IT recruitment after which he decided to bring together his property and recruitment knowledge to start People 4 Property in 2006. Hanya started as an estate agent and moved swiftly on to Financial Recruitment, where she stayed for many years. After which she returned to the property sector, this time moving up to the position of Lettings Director, before finally going back to recruitment and in 2025 combining her property sector and recruitment experience to take the helm at People 4 Property.
