Responsibilities as Sales Negotiator will include:

• Being a key part of a highly regarded estate agency known for their local knowledge and the personal service to clients they provide
• Sourcing and marketing potential properties for sale
• Registering client details and conducting property viewings
• Negotiating offers
• Ensuring your sales close and go through to successful completion

You will need to have:

• A successful track record of selling residential properties in a similar area as an Estate Agent
• The desire to deliver the high levels of customer service that this company prides itself on
• Excellent communication skills
• A UK driving licence and your own car
• Local knowledge of this area of West Sussex would be an advantage but is not essential
